If you train with me, we will start of by clearly understanding your goals and why you want to achieve them. Your motivation is the single most important part of your fitness journey.
I will tailor a personal training programme that suits you - focussed on your goals, fitting in around your life, helping you to make the changes you want to make. This includes exercise sessions, nutritional advice, encouragement and reminders to help you stay on track. Programmes usually last for 12 weeks. At the end of those 12 weeks we will measure your progress to see how far you've come towards your goals.
Your exercise sessions can take place at home, outdoors or in a gym. You can choose to have me with you for every session or to work through your programme on your own, or a bit of both. If you have a baby we can get outdoors and exercise while baby is in the buggy.
